Hossein Abdi takes charge of Iran U-20’s

Tasnim – TEHRAN, Hossein Abdi was named as the new head coach of Iran’s U-20 football team.

Abdi has previously worked as head coach of Iran’s U-17 football team from 2019 to 2024.

The football federation of Iran is going to introduce a new generation of players for the 2030 FIFA World Cup.

Abdi will prepare his team for the 2027 AFC U-20 Asian Cup, which will be held in China.
