I strongly believe we must make a unified effort to have TM banned from the World Cup. After the massacre of our children, brothers, sisters, and elderly—and while countless people remain imprisoned and brutal crackdowns continue—the Islamic regime is attempting to portray life as “normal” by restarting the league and pushing forward with international appearances.
This is unacceptable.
We need to unite, launch a petition, and formally demand that FIFA ban the Islamic regime from participating in the World Cup. This is the least we can do. If players choose not to speak out against the regime internally, that is their decision—but they still have the choice not to represent TM. In my view, any player who chooses to play for TM under these circumstances is betraying Iran and the memory of those who have been killed.
We must apply pressure on the regime by every possible means. Allowing them to participate in the World Cup only helps them whitewash their crimes and present a false image of normalcy to the world while an entire nation is mourning.
What is the meaning of a World Cup when a blood-soaked regime is using it as propaganda?
I am posting this as a poll to honestly assess where Iranians stand on this issue.
