Mehr News – BANGKOK, Iranian futsal club Tasisat Daryaei will depart Tehran for Bangkok on Tuesday evening to participate in the 2016 AFC Futsal Club Championship.

Previous Asian champion Tasisat Daryaei, who has been seeded in Group B of the tournament against FC Almalyk of Uzbekistan as well as Lebanon’s Al Mayadeen FC, will travel to Thailand on Tuesday.

Tasisat Daryaei’s first fixture will be against the Uzbek representatives, FC ALmalyk on Friday.

The 2016 AFC Futsal Club Championship will be the 7th edition of the AFC Futsal Club Championship, the annual Asian futsal club championship organized by the Asian Football Confederation (AFC).

The tournament will be held in Bangkok, Thailand between July 17 and July 23, 2016.

A total of twelve Asian clubs will attend the extravaganza according to the following draw result:

Group A: Chonburi Bluewave (Thailand), Nagoya Oceans (Japan), Vic Vipers FC (Australia)

Group B: Tasisat Daryaei FSC (Iran), Al Mayadeen FC (Lebanon), FC Almalyk (Uzbekistan)

Group C: Nafit Al-Wasat (Iraq), Dalian Yuan Dynasty FC (China), Dibba Al Hissin SCC (UAE)

Group D: Sanna Khanh HOA FC (Vietnam), Al Sadd SC (Qatar), Taipower FC (Chinese Taipei)
