All the players want cq, 80% plus of the people want CQ. But After watching the report I believe CQ will leave on his own terms.I wouldn't be surprise in a few weeks he is announced as coach of one of the arab countries, front runner been Qatar, The reason why I believe this to be true,Football is by far the biggest political sport in the world.Qatar is to host wc2022 after Russia. Why not throw so much money at CQ to lead Qatar to the world cup 2018 and then he has a free spot as host nation in 2022.I believe something has happened to CQ in the month he took off after the asian cup too.He wants out, you can't force him to stay. The federation is basically putting the ball in CQ court to see what he does with it but according to kaffashian his 85% out the door.(This is my opinion let the bashing beginning)
    That sounds quite far fetched.

That letter is not the one Kafashian is waiting for.
After today meeting IFF prepared a letter ( per kafashian) for Queiroz with 72 hours deadline to reply.

Letter basically was reiteration of what Dr. Asadi told CQ at their meeting that:
They don't want to fire him , they want to continue with him but base on their contract . and his authority will be limited ( conditioned) to terms of his contract and nothing more.
Islamian few days ago listed 4 conditions that IFF expect CQ to abide by terms of his contract .These were also the same conditions Asadi told CQ .
CQ according to Kafashian have 72 hours to decide, either leave or stay and behave.

Even the reporter on irinn was suspecting that CQ might have got an offer elsewhere, its not that unreasonable either especially with the money qatar has and how they spend it.Its not that far fetch!

Khodad Azizi's comments about player's support for CQ

Basically he says that players these days will sell you out for 2 rials. CQ invites these guys to TM and he becomes the "good guy". If the next coach comes and invites them then he will become the "good guy". Even if you bring a "choob lebas" as TM coach, they will support it as long as they get invited.

ie. Players are only after their own personal interests. They voice their support for CQ as long as they are getting invited.
Just look at Khalatbari, I bet if he were still getting invited he would be a vocal supporter of CQ. But he gets cut out and CQ is now the "bad buy".

Lol, is that guy blind, and can he like the rest of the thug basij gang not recognize what "development" and "moving forward" is? He's the kind of idiot who thinks that Bache Naziabad would have developed this team to the same level as CQ.

The moment someone says the slightest thing against CQ, people like you are quick to label them as thugs, basiji, idiot, blind etc.
and what do you mean "bache naziabad"? is there something wrong about being from south Tehran? are you really than shallow that you judge people based on where they were born and raised?

Faraki said the other day that they have created such an atmosphere than no one is allowed to criticize CQ. But Azizi is one of those guys who doesn't care about what people think of him. He speaks his mind. Good for him.

                    "development"?
                    "moving forward"?

He's had the team for 4 years. and we are still in the process of "development"?

Japan brought Vahid Halilhodžić to their national team. 1st two matches:
                    Japan 2 - 0 Tunisia
                    Japan 5 - 1 Uznekistan

But after 4 years of CQ we are still "making progress" and "slowly getting better"

                    Comment

The fact that you compare Japan with Iran in this instance demonstrates how little you know about the difference between Japan's player development, facilities and overall JFA football program (which exists) compared to Iran's.

Your reasoning is just more lame. Do you compare Iran with Japan?

Japan has invested in football foundation and development for 35 years not like Iran. Comparing Japanese management, investment, honesty, work ethics, working environment with IR is just an insult to our intelligence.

Take a look at Japanese talent pool they have over 40 legionnaires most playing in Europe. Their team is full of stars and their league is better than ours. Who are our legionnaires? JB in 2 division Netherlands, Azmoun in end table Rostov in Russia and of course 7 qatari brotherhood!

You want the best result with least effort! Zekki baba!

                        Comment

Azizi has a point, any bad interview and the player could be on CQ's blacklist, no matter how good he is. But on the other hand Javad has retired and still thinks that it's important for our football that CQ is kept... I see Khodadad didn't change , no matter who is concerned he just says what he thinks, what a legend.

That's exactly my point. Instead of fixing our infrastructures, fields, etc. we're spending our entire budget on an expensive coach so after 4 years we can slowly "make progress". And btw any "progress" that we are making now will be gone the moment CQ leaves.

Instead of focusing on CQ and temporary "progress", lets spend that money on the fixing fields of our clubs, building academies, focusing on youth leagues etc.

Isn't that better than giving all that money to CQ?

How long have you been following Persian Football my friend? You think reducing a coach's salary will make a difference? If that's the case way didn't it make a difference in the past? Why do you think it will suddenly make a difference in the future? We haven't even paid CQ in 6 months..... by your logic that should be enough to start building infrastructure.

You cannot have faith in IFF or IR funneling money into infrastructure programs period. We cant even ensure we get legit jersey's let alone that money ear marked for Football infrastructure would actually make it there. I understand you want the best for Iran and Iran football, I think we all do. But your faith in the they way business is done in the IR, and IFF as uncorrupt organization is misguided. How many unfinished stadiums do we have?
