The Islamic Republic perpetuates the big lie. That their government is a normal government. That every country has its own problems. When Iran's streets are filled with protestors, they only show footage of protests in Minnesota. Iran has home grown terrorists...so does the United States. Iran has banking scandals, so does England. Iran's currency is constantly devaluating...so is the Turkish Lira. Cost of living is too high in Iran...well yes but Americans complain about that too.

Everything that we do to perpetuate that Iran is a normal country plays into that narrative...It perpetuates the Islamic Republic!

When Iran is allowed into the WC, it plays into that playbook. When Iran is thrown out of the WC, it breaks that lie...the regime can't hide that. When Iran's players show up to play, it perpetuates the lie. When they don't and some unknown plays are brought, the regime can't hide that.

If you and a 100,000 spectators show up and scream for 2 hours, the regime just silences you with a clock of a mouse. Your act will have ABSOLUTELY NO EFFECT WHATSOEVER. Every shot of the spectators showing something the regime doesn't want is instantly censored. And the stats will say that a 100,000 spectators came to watch IRI play.

First off, People in Iran can watch games outside of IRIB.

Secondly, nothing happened in 2022 with boycotting/etc. The proIR puppets went to Qatar and that was it. Now we have home turf essentially in a stronghold of Iranian opposition. If you dont go, IR will hire Pakistanis/Bengalis to go, the MEK will go etc etc.

This is 100x the hate Iran gets playing against Lebanon/Jordan in some Baathist arena or in Bahrain.

This is IR getting exposed.

People are talking about the absolute boos that rained on Israels winter Olympics team in Italy.

Now if Iranian fans do something like that or shir o khorshid tilt we can make a major message. Some messaging discipline to keep things antiIR and avoid random Palestine/Israel flags would be good too.

Yeah Cali is the right environment for us and with a stadium full of lion and sun flags it will be beautiful and the best environment to stick it to them

also flights are banned for Iranians into the U.S. so none of the regimi fans can get in like that they did with Qatar

I have personally bought very expensive hospitality packages next to the pitch for Iran vs Belgium game for my family and friends. But I am willing to get rid of them if the status quo stays. To me other things matter more than watching a game at this stage.

Anyways, I'm sure it will not be anything good and the game will turn very political as it is in LA. let's see what happens.
