Yamane Riku of Japan scored the sole goal of the match.
The Iranian U17 team is participating in the Chinese Football Association Youth Tournament which is being held in Jiangyin, Jiangsu Province, China.
Alongside the hosts, China P.R., the other participating nations in the youth tournament include Japan, Iran, and Kyrgyzstan.
