Persianfootball.com – LIEGE, Iranian target man Reza Ghoochannejhad might return to one of his former clubs, as two of them have expressed interest in signing the striker.

Eredivisie sides Cambuur Leuwarden and Go Ahead Eagles are the teams willing to take Ghoochannejhad on a six-months loan deal after the left-footer’s current club Standard Liege finally gave green light to such a transfer in order to maxmize the player’s chances of regular match praxis ahead of the World Cup.

Ghoochannejhad played for Go Ahead Eagles in second league from 2006-2007 and again from 2009-2010, scoring 11 goals in 27 matches for them.

From 2010-2011 he scored 14 goals in 27 games for Cambuur, also in second league.

Meanwhile both clubs play in the Netherland’s highest division, where Cambuur are currently 16th and Go Ahead Eagles 11th.
