Sportowefakty.wp.pl – POZNAN, Lech Poznań bounced back from recent defeats in the PKO Ekstraklasa and the Europa League defeating Radomiak Radom 5–1 on Matchday 9.

The match got off to a frantic start. The visitors opened the scoring just 16 seconds through Guilherme Luiz

Poznan took less than two minutes to respond. A low shot from Pablo Rodriguez deflected off a defender’s foot, finding the net.

The Kolejorz tried to capitalize on their momentum. The hosts finally succeeded in the 9th minute, Patrik Wålemark headed the rebound into the net.

Radomiak patiently sought an equalizer but were caught on the counter-attack in the 41st minute; Ishak received the ball in the penalty area and laid it off to Allahyar Sayyadmanesh, who scored from close range.

After the break, it took the Polish champions just six minutes to score their fourth goal against the opposition. Walemark took a shot following an individual run; his initial attempt was blocked, but he found the net with the follow-up.

Radomiak tried to find a second goal but struggled to create chances.

In the 67th minute, the “Kolejorz” fans saw their team score a fifth goal. Pablo Rodriguez kept his cool inside the box, beat two defenders, and found the net for the second time in the match with a low shot from eight meters out.

Poznan continued to attack almost until the final whistle but failed to score a sixth goal against the visitors from Radom.
