Daei to attend World Cup opening ceremony

MNA – TEHRAN, Ali Daei will be present at the opening ceremony of the 2010 World Cup in Johannesburg, South Africa on June 11.
The Iran-favorite Persepolis football team coach, who is also a member of the FIFA Football Committee, will leave Tehran on Wednesday to participate in the ceremony.
Ali Daei is the world’s all-time leading goalscorer in international matches and has scored 109 goals for Iran’s national team.
