He will have incredible problems facing Iranians from now on. He has lost his speed and is more reliant on clinching and not scoring from double legs or outside.

He is still a medal contender as usual, but his days are over I think.

We are about a week out of the U23 worlds, and Albania still hasn’t given the Iranian Wrestlers a visa. They denied the team visas last year too.

It’s crazy to me that after last year’s ordeal UWW would allow Albania to host again. Also this year the senior worlds is there too. So it entirely possible that we miss out on that too.
