I am so worried about finishing with no golds in freestyle. Zare didn't look good against the turk and the match was too tiring meanwhile the georgian coasted to the finals on a easy bracket. And tomorrow Amouzad is facing an absolutely brutal path to the final.
There is a real chance we finish with no golds in freestyle. After Brook's defeat Yazdani was essentially a sure as hell shot to win gold but we had to get fucked over and this injury happened.Comment

It’s probably not the time but I wonder if it was just bad luck or if he was still carrying his injury headed into Olympics. Ghassempour probably wins it all . Yazdani is just amazing tho he had the lead at 1-1. I genuinely think he could have defended if his shoulder didn’t act up again. He probably techs ramazanov if healthyComment

the aggressive hand fighting at the start and then instant shoulder injury… I would like to see a slow motion of that because it is mad suspicious.
i have a tough time seeing him recover his career after this one. Re-injuring the same shoulder twice like that is very hard to come back from. Still he managed to keep it close despite effectively wrestling with one arm.Comment

damn. that was brutal to watch. Hassan is a soldier and pahveloon, well done to him!!
But in hindsight, maybe it would've been the better idea to send kamran ghasempour. he was in top top notch shape and would've put up a hell of a fight. and maybe we showed a bit of favoritism to Hassan to send him to the olympics coming off of a shoulder injury.

This is the kind of match that I hate, the first time that they stopped it I knew that it was over. Damesh garm to keep going on. He literally fought with one arm.
I hope that Zare gets the gold.
We also have a gold chance in taekwondo soon. Massive performance in the quarters. He's facing a "weaker" opponent in the final.
