I went to the rose bowl for the 3rd/4th place game between sweden and bulgaria in the 94 WC and it was a blast!!
I was sitting behing the goal that sweden scored all 4 of their goals. In the second half when the swedes where on my side of the field their comical goalie ravelli would entertain all the fans when the swede were on the bulgaria's side f the field. He would make fun of stoitchkov and his antics. It was hillarious!! They showed none of it on TV.

3rd place match is sick. especially for the fans. one more chance to party and go crazy until a WCQ or WC. like when germany murked portugal and sweinstieger put on a clinic and single handedly beat portugal himself. its for the fans and competition. so theres a gold medal and silver metal .... but no bronze? makes no sense to me son.

lol don't overdo it, though they played good, russia and holland have played more exiting :P (the first 90 minutes of croatia - turkey was horrible to watch)
