Any individual or group who asks or begs FIFA for Team Melli to be banned from the World Cup are anti-Iran and traitors to Iran, they have no place in today's Iran nor tomorrow's Iran, whatever regime it will be (whether Secular Republic or Imperial State). If any of Iran's historical personalities, King of Kings were alive today would say the same thing.

These individuals or groups are either mentally deranged, malicious or both. Some of them hold a grudge on the Iranian regime for whatever reason, they could be former coaches, referees, players, corrupt football agents or match fixers who have grudge against Iran Football Federation, they could be misandrists, some are opposition groups whom majority of Iranian people despise, other are separatists who dream about having their imaginery nations.

Iran Football Federation, Ministry of Sport, Team Melli staff and players are not responsible for things that happend outside the pitch. They are not responsible for any murders, tortures, wars, poor currency, downing of flight PS752, women not being allowed into stadiums or any other political and non-sport decisions.

For women not being allowed into stadiums, such decisions are made by any of the following depending on location:

*Law Enforcement Command of Islamic Republic of Iran
*Guidance Patrol
*Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps
*Basij

You throw the traitor label around too carelessly and freely. There is only traitor in our nation (IR). You're the same person that shamelessly said Hamed Esmaeilion and PS752 victims were traitors cause they wanted a friggin' football match canceled.

I agree about everything except the part that TM is the government's propaganda machine. Nah, TM will be able to bring more people to the streets and represents the diversity of Iran and its aspirations. They deserve our support and respect.
