Xabi's contract ends in Jun 30, 2024, so I doubt any transfer happening this year. Tottenham should go after Fischer from union berlin. Some top class manager making a team out of nothing.

I'm not sure if Xabi's contract is a blocker. It happens all the time. For example, Potter was under contract with Brighton and left them mid-season to join Chelsea.
