Typically speaking if they don't score early vs an organized defense they struggle. Their offensive game just lacks variation, especially without Sardar who brings an IQ/technical level and box presence none of the other options have. Scoring early means they can just hit on counters and penetrations from the sides when the opposition naturally have to release their fullbacks/wingers higher up the pitch in search of an equalizer.

Have a feeling Roma and Mou will take advantage of this unless Xabi switches something up.

Good news for sardar is another bad game by them without him. Hlozek in terms of overall play is still a far inferior option in possession, although he also has a good conversion rate with limited service. Would be interesting to see combo of wirtz diaby and adli under sardar, but for that they would have to switch to back 4 which would expose their kiri defense even more (forcing frimpong to play as a real defender).
