So if we had a legionnaire that wasn't "fix" in Real Madrid, he wouldn't have priory over Ali Asghari playing every week in IPL or Qatar?

Obviously it has to be within reason, but bench warming for Eupen isn't exactly a great sign that a player is excelling. Hard to understate the value of match fitness and regular playing time. Plus we have a deep enough squad pool not to have to rely so much on 'Ali Asghari' in Qatar/IPL.

well thats just not the cases in question here. You have saeid who is legitimately out of form and shape (he is overweight for sure), on good authority it is known he is heavy partier, returned totally out of form and late to rostov this summer, they wanted nothing to do with him (they are now 1st in the league playing brilliant football btw), and is now still not picking up form for eupen. I would rather have a zahmat kesh, down to earth, solid player in the mold of ebrahimi over a player like saeid in the squad in any day, regardless of how talented saeid could be.

The guy could only motivate himself in the pre WC year at Amkar . Besides that he has never put a consistent season together.

ARJ is slightly different story bc of his injury, but even without that a guy who hasnt played a single league minute is putting his TM spot in jeopardy. For this list I would argue a player like Mohebi who is young, direct, athletic, and in great form deserves a chance over ARJ. It can also increase his notoriety and potentially help him earn an EU move.

Gholi and Kaveh have also been too in and out of team and dealing with injuries to be in TM. they need to sort out their health first.

Moharrami and salimi are the main wrong choices for me. They should be in over yazdani and mansouri for sure.

If a guy is not match fit then he is prone to mistakes and injuries. Not worthy of Team Melli. Our players need to manage their personal careers better if they want to be selected.

In other news Bahrain lost at home vs Azerbaijan. I guess that was they’re warm up match for us. Not a bad side scored two decent goals from the flanks. Shouldn’t be an issue for MiMo and Rezaian though. Just gotta be careful. They’re defense is atrocious and mistake prone so a little bit of Azmoun pressure will give us a satisfying victory with many goals.
