We need someone from a culture similar to ours.
you have to have both, which is why CQ was so successful for 8 years.

No big name coach will come to Iran, we got lucky with CQ.

Herve Renard is a good practical option since he is interested.

His talent is wasted in football. I'd rather he starts predicting quarterly stock trends. Xavinostradamus.

It is not a bad idea if we start with someone like Nikonam to be our temporary coach til we we get an international coach. He has worked with CQ as a player and assistant coach. A good coach
will be available but we should not hurry.

Nekounam +Markar Aghajanian ( whom we all Forget was the IRANIAN assistant to CQ!) and Felix Sanchez who's job with Qatar FA is done!

you need to relax, just because he played in europe and was assistant coach for like 1 year dont make him a candidate for tm temporary job

I think he’s good enough but can we afford him? Will he be satisfied with how bad they’ll treat him? Also it’ll be sort of weird since he’s coached Saudi Arabia. But he does have knowledge of all of our possible 2022 WCQ’ing opponents.

I was thinking about Nelo Vingada and became fearful at the thought of Taj reaching out to him. Because he’s familiar with Iran, with Asia, and will continue the progress left by Carlos. Probably call back Aghajanian to take the assistant coaching position. Maybe it wouldn’t be a bad idea. But I’m still for signing a top manager who’s had at least 1-2 World Cups under his belt.

BVM would not come to Iran.
He was offered the South Korea job but didn't take it because he wants to stay in Holland and only travel during games.

He's also very expensive and doesn't handle arguments well.
Not to mention he also plays conservative football. Even worse than CQ.
