friendly matches between the Under-17 youth teams of Azerbaijan and Iran will be held today July 7 and 10 in Baku.Both matches will be broadcasted live on CBC SportTV channel.

What we should look for if We can get CBCLive broadcast:

U16 played last month 2 games in Jordan. They tied first and lost second 1:3 to Jordan U16 team. Azerbaijan is not as strong as Jordan but a year older than Iran,We should find out if they have recovered from bad results in Jordan.


Iran U16 squad include 3 U14 players! and most likely 2 of them may play today or on July 10. Doostali and Hajizadeh are both gifted forwards with different styles. Doostali is hustler opportunist while Hajizadeh more technical. Sharifi is the third U14 player.
Doostali is from Mehr Academy, Hajizadeh from Kia Academy and Sharifi from Foulad Academy.

Team ( c) is Bavieh # 7 very creative MF and will take all FGs. He often scores.

Hazbavi is one of CD player and we shall see who will be paired with him, Teymouri or Shaverdi.

Rezaei , Seyedi, Jafari are regular offensive players of the team supported by Shakibkhoo ( Bushehr) and Salmani ( Sepahan) at MF. Salmani can become an asset for Sepahan in the future should he continue to progress.
