Guys Markar Aghajanyan would be a great option as well. He has worked closely with CQ for over 4 years and he's pretty familiar with our football and players as well. He speak english fluently and he's not part of the usual mafia. He's also very "Kam Hashieh" which is excellent.
CQ brought Ali Karimi so he could learn a thing or two so he could possibly take over once he leaves. We now have Markar who has been with CQ for 4 years and he's possibly ready to take over.

yes, your hero ..... we get it ..... I don't know if it's the tah rish, or the lack of braincells, but whatever it is, he has qualities that you like.Originally posted by St_Mark View PostDear:
What is done is done. it's a wild world over there and CQ is a player.
He corner himself and we may find out if that was intentional.
When CQ left meeting with Asadi , he was a defeated, frustrated man. He finally found his match in Iran & IFF, someone who will stand his ground.
Asadi replaced Nabi for a reason and he is no Nabi. CQ understood he can not push this man , he can not exceed his authorities, and he can not Force this man out ( like his Iranian assistants & Turabian and Nabi). When Kafashian & Eslamian sided with Khakpour, he realized game has changed.
CQ is a package , good and bad .
Good luck to him wherever he might be.
The man CQ will remember for long time.

ofcourse the replacement will be either a hezbollahi, or an -itch with no backbone that will bend backwards for this corrupt group of people. Like it or not., CQ stood up to these people. Whether you liked his selection or not, at least you knew the decision was made for football reasons. Now, get ready for a TM made up entirely of persepolis or esteghlal.Originally posted by Doctor DOOM View PostProbably now we're going to get an -itch as replacement, whom we can scratch as soon as he makes a mistakes“It is easier to fool the people, than to convince them they have been fooled." - Mark Twain

That would be also a very good choice, but i doubt that he would be willing to work under these conditionsOriginally posted by AminGP View PostGuys Markar Aghajanyan would be a great option as well. I go for his undeniable لوات expert look. The main attribute for acquiring power in Iran.Originally posted by OFFSIDE_1 View Postyes, your hero ..... we get it ..... I don't know if it's the tah rish, or the lack of braincells, but whatever it is, he has qualities that you like.

The man that needs a slap on his face and a kick in his ass. Just tired of watching these risho bisavad managers who think they are know it all, ruining our football and little joy of our fellow countrymen in Iran.Originally posted by St_Mark View PostThe man CQ will remember for long time.

That's what usually happens. Whoever comes on board as the head coach wether Iranian or Foreign, they would want to bring to the staff they trust. However if Markar becomes the head coach there's a high chance that he will keep the same staff since they've all been working together already.Originally posted by Abtin View Post^ That brings another question: what's gonna happen with the technical staff? They leave too? Gonna be completely replaced?
