در این تمرین 26 بازیکن حاضر در اردو شرکت داشتند و تمرینات آماده سازی خود را زیر نظر کادر فنی پیگیری کردند.
این تمرین با استفاده از رول و تشک انجام گرفت.ملی پوشان ایران روز گذشته هم در دو نوبت تمرین کردند.
