I am of the opinion that with the World Cup next year and his age and the fact we have very limited options coming through that I wouldn’t mind him playing in a league with less pressure where he can focus on his fitness. He’s 33 , let him get him last big pay day.
for my own sake of a full season entertainment
i much rather he went to a mid table top 3-4 league team while still have some leverage & abilities to do so ..!
this our/his last chance or (any other Iranian footballer for that matter) to play in a top EU league for probably quite a long while ..!

He could not keep up with the low pace in Italy yet he wants to move to the fastest league worldwide? Forget premier league try NHL😂

speed aint everything , he aint going to a track meet ..! he's got plethora of other footballing skillets to make up for his pure lack of pace..!
in fact he is one of the most well rounded attackers still in all of europe..!

he does have to man the fk up and deal well with the physicality of this league though..! can not be slow and a softy.!
he should have recovered from his sports hernia injury by now finally after extended rest..!!? if so that would be a huge boost to his overall game.

he does needs to improve his outside shooting technique and his positioning on crosses and set pieces though..!

apparently leeds like to play intense high energy/press and that is totally playing to his strength ....he is like having a striker and DM in one and also is brilliant in transition play and creating openings and chances for his attacking partners..!! and he sure can still find the back of the net often enough if serviced adequately and not surrounded by a buncha shot-happy, greedy selfish attacking partners like last season at Inter..!

i believe he will do just fine .... but I think he is too old now to be a constant and repeated starter for any extended periods of time, so leeds do still need some depth in his position..!

In my opinion, Inter did him a bit dirty last season. He had 3 goals + 9 assists in all competitions: a goal contribution every 1.74 games. Statistically, not bad at all. Even Seedorf said: “He’s been underrated all season all.”

He not only jumped to a new league, but played with injury, and was behind players like Thuram and Martinez. You can see his performances became better after he announced his injury was resolved.

To be honest, I did not like Inter’s style of play all season long, albeit a few performances. Wherever he ends up playing, I hope they feature him more. But personally, would like him to stay in Serie A or move to La Liga.

Am a bit concerned how his body will hold up at his age in the Premier League, though his hustle and high footballing IQ will help him.

It would be very exciting if the Leeds rumours were true.

EPL is not just about end-to-end, fast, intense football. The physical side, all the pushing and shoving are the other side. Taremi’s excellent footballing brain should compensate for the pace but he should speed up either having a go or quickly releasing the ball before he’s shoved off. Unfortunately at Inter, his skills were not utilised and his injury is another story.

I'm hopeful that he will cope with EPL requirements but first let’s see if it is at all true.

It seems like really no team is wanting him on any cost ☹️☹️☹️☹️, i hope for some news soon. Its so unfair that he doesnt even train with Inter A team

Inter just needs to set him free. As a free transfer he is going to get a lot of looks.

his 3mil salary is also a bit of burden ... but yea if inter were to offload him for free then that would make him a more alluring target ..!

and yea , it's total bs that Inter wont let him participate in their trainings meanwhile ...!fkn assholes..!
that's what you get for being nice guy and accepting of a move away while still under contract..!!
shoulda pulled the Poroo move like correa and anautovich ..!!
if i were him i would not settle for discount pay to facilitate a transfer, worse case he can work himself back into Inter after a while of being frozen out , especially if they fail to land lookman which is still quiet likely..!!

yo daddy hatam quoting gazzeta milan paper, says that a decision is coming this week ..?

its between leeds or fulham and former leading the race for his siggie..!!

                      personally defo prefer Fulham
London based, more established epl side, better supporting cast? and less likely to demote = less pressure to perform and better probable impact
but honestly at this time, like mehdi, i dont care as long as either side get this fkn transfer across the line

I hope this doesn't turn into another Shiite show, like with AJB last year. Or Ghoddos.

I'm not so familiar with EPL but isn't Leeds United bigger club with longer history? As you said, I think being based in London would be sth that Mehdi would prefere

Fulham would be less pressure and more opportunities in front of goal imo

Really both clubs are good for this stage

Also rumours Nice are interested too

It won’t sunni. He’s 33, coming off two shiite seasons, slower than ever with zero confidence in front of goal. I expect him to quickly earn a starting spot and score 15-20 goals.
