He has a very cantankerous personality and absolutely the wrong person to convince a group of Iranians to accept his advice.
His job is to identify youth and bring them into the youth national team system \ bring them into TM. Not to gorboon sadaghe GN and his ilk.

No league outside of Iran is scouting Iranian talent in Iran. Too much baggage, and headache to deal with. You have a guy who is good at identifying talent, invite talent to youth teams, they have good performances and get a trial or shot outside of Iran. Thats how most of our talent went to europe when he was head of TM. Forget all Iranian mast malli bisavad coaches, we cant string together two passes thanks to their "development".

that being said this is all hypothetical. nothing is changing anytime soon baradar. We can barely get simple things done let alone a plan for the future of Iranian football and its development.

Let me get this straight...you want IFF to pay this guy $6 million a year so that he finds talent, finds European teams to buy this talent dirt cheap so that we outsource our player development and make European team richer? And what's in it for IFF? Is that their mandate? Is that the mandate of any football federation? IFF should take ur advice and forget all Iranian coaches?

Exactly. When you can't do it domestically you outsource. What's in it for IFF is players for TM who can string two passes together and play football as a team rather than ali asghari bezan ziresh football. What's in it for us that some of those players success rubs off on others. Maybe some of them go get coaching licenses and come back and build the system we need to grow the game in Iran.

Our physical ability cannot carry our football forward anymore. Unless there is systematic grass roots development and change in football in Iran from the ground up ( we have been talking about this for 30 years) you're gonna have the same kind of players you have now.

Extremely talented but lacking in basic football fundamentals, tactical game play etc.

Not all coaches but most Iranian coaches unfortunately are kharshenas like GN.

Interesting solution... Develop the players. Don't develop the country.
