Carlos Queiroz Thread

Let's say he identifies a whole bunch of great talent. How can he develop them? Development is in the hand of lower leagues and coaches. All the league two and three and four coaches have to listen to him . When he was the TM manager, almost all of the coaches hated his guts or ignored him. He has a very cantankerous personality and absolutely the wrong person to convince a group of Iranians to accept his advice.

His job is to identify youth and bring them into the youth national team system \ bring them into TM. Not to gorboon sadaghe GN and his ilk.

No league outside of Iran is scouting Iranian talent in Iran. Too much baggage, and headache to deal with. You have a guy who is good at identifying talent, invite talent to youth teams, they have good performances and get a trial or shot outside of Iran. Thats how most of our talent went to europe when he was head of TM. Forget all Iranian mast malli bisavad coaches, we cant string together two passes thanks to their "development".

that being said this is all hypothetical. nothing is changing anytime soon baradar. We can barely get simple things done let alone a plan for the future of Iranian football and its development.
