Something we having seen in tm since ali karimi era. Without either a) a strong personality or b) a world class resume, it is hard to get buy in from the players. This is why we need either Morais or Sanchez. Get someone who has been around the region and knows international Asian football...

majidi less experience then faraki , plus faraki get more respect from players then majidi could.

IFF should work something out so Morais can wrap up PGL with Sepahan and coach TM. It is not unprecedented and happened before. It's only a small overlap

All Italian options suck based on who fits the alleged profiles. I talked to some Spanish friends and they said if Paco is TM coach we will concede a lot but score a lot too….idk about him. Morais or Sanchez are probably the best of the foreign options and for me faraki is probably the best Irooni option. Guy has won an AC as a player, has done lots of good things like help promote and develop youth aside from winning titles (which in PGPL I don’t give much weight to if I’m being honest).
