      If faraki his coaching mentality
best 11 play regardless of age,
And he will go young on the bench.
with young players getting decent substitute minutes.

      He plays
4-4-2 with a playmaker in the middle we attack
Something we having seen in tm since ali karimi era. It's football NAAB irani....all 3 times we won asian cup all persian coaches, not that matters but after in 98 tm beat us with persian coach and in 2022 lost to them by forigner coach it's some thing pay attention too. Heck after 48tish years not winning asian cup MAYBE ITS WAY TO TEST THE LUCK WITH PERSIAN.
HOSSEIN FARAKI IS MY PERSIAN OPTION BY FAR between majidi and nekunam..
hope hc is not persian but if persian
      Faraki over nekunam and majidi.

Iranian Coach would destroy TM, players dont respect a low level coach, or any coach except of Nekounam maybe.

Imagine you play in Champions League and suddenly a teryaki like Faraki wants to tell you how to play

Faraki is the most respected among all players
he has that silent charisma and his teams get results.
If coach is persian between majidi, nekunam, faraki....FARAKI IS IT.
          hope for forigner.

Why would our players in Europe especially who are coached by real qualified coaches listen to faraki? A no body in world football

Because many others have before. Faraki isn’t just some bum.

No one will listen to a PGL coach with the exception of GN and Nekounam since they have very strong personalities. Without either a) a strong personality or b) a world class resume, it is hard to get buy in from the players. This is why we need either Morais or Sanchez. Get someone who has been around the region and knows international Asian football...

After foolad fiasco nekunam is a no no.
majidi less experience then faraki , plus faraki get more respect from players then majidi could.
                        Between those 3 choices
                        Faraki is best pick.

                          ^ I don't know much about him, so I can't comment

IFF should work something out so Morais can wrap up PGL with Sepahan and coach TM. It is not unprecedented and happened before. It's only a small overlap

                            Moaris falls under forigner list.

Stability clearly missing in Morais resume, other than times being Mou assistant, he didn't last more than season anywhere else plus almost Zero NT experience!!

All Italian options suck based on who fits the alleged profiles. I talked to some Spanish friends and they said if Paco is TM coach we will concede a lot but score a lot too….idk about him. Morais or Sanchez are probably the best of the foreign options and for me faraki is probably the best Irooni option. Guy has won an AC as a player, has done lots of good things like help promote and develop youth aside from winning titles (which in PGPL I don’t give much weight to if I’m being honest).
