If you're mostly an assistant coach, and the head coach leaves or gets fired, you have to pack your bags too. He also went wherever Mourinho went because they are friends and trust each other.

He stayed in the K league and won 2 k league titles in 2 seasons. Is he supposed to stay? No, the guy is a go-getter and doesn't get caught up in one place
