Team melli next head coach candidates

WHAT HAS hurt us in last 5 years , tm start players which play minimum or no soccer for their club.
yeah against syria ,lebnon, uae it will work BUT ONCE TM PLAY TOP 5 ASIAN TEAMS AND TEAMS IN THE WC , STARTING THESE TYPE PLyers because they play over sea is MADE FOR DISASTER , as players lack intensity and fighting sprit of moment..NO MORE SARDAR B.S AND GHOLIZADEH , AND SAEED EZAT, GETTING STARTING ROLES just because of their last name..

He's very polite and formal.
Sometimes with Iranian football players you have to do a couple of swears and slaps. That is why Bagheri is key.

The moment Bagheri stopped coming to TM camps, is the moment discipline went out the window, and Skocic lost control.

No to Bagheri. He is a no. 2 man and sabatoged TM under Skocic by abandoning. We don't need him. Rather Daie than Bagheri. Bagheri doesn't have any headcoaching experience and TM is not a place to learn. Better options exist.

Bagheri is not there to provide tactical advice. He is there to make sure players don't f*** up and order "Cheeseburgers" at 3 AM. Half our players are basically adult children who need constant supervision. Typical bache nanehs who will run wild without any discipline.

Tactical work will be done by the other coaches.

And Bagheri didn't sabotage TM. IFF did when they didn't pay him and also didn't renew his contract.

If I'm head of IFF

Give Morais a lucrative contract till the end of 2026 world cup. Pay him very well because prying him from Sepahan is going to be incredibly difficult given his success there with the team. Ensure that Bagheri is included and paid well too. Give Morais the money to bring two or three of his own assistants and give him total flexibility to do what he needs for TM's success, including putting the IPL on hold when needed.

This is by far the best option we have at the moment. He knows the IPL, he knows Iran, and he knows the players.

Taj is an isfoohooni, and he is big time sepahan and za fan..he won't do that to sepahan..AND EVEN IF HE TRY SEPAHAN WILL SAY NO

Just checked Morais on wikipedia, he is coach since 20 years, in 20 years he coached 20 teams, he never stayed anywhere longer than 1 year.
