Also when a coach says we do not have time to implement...what does that mean? Here is the dictionary definition of implement:

put (a decision, plan, agreement, etc.) into effect.

So it seems De Sa said we had no time to plan/agree on the tactics. One can use logic to undertand that means no time to practice it even since you dont have a game plan formulated and in place to begin with.

Word for word I posted his comments. Your interpretation and and failed memory suggests you are selective or have biases. De Sa said they were not previously implemented. Note he did not say tactics were not previously implemented enough/thoroughly...he did not lament limited preparation but absence of preparation. Very different things.

Anyways I can recommend some memory exercises if you think they will help? You did afterall cut the friendlies by 50% lol

As an diehard Esteghlali i’ve always liked Bagheri.
What we need more than tactics is a winning mentality, Bagheri has it.

He's very polite and formal.
Sometimes with Iranian football players you have to do a couple of swears and slaps. That is why Bagheri is key.

The moment Bagheri stopped coming to TM camps, is the moment discipline went out the window, and Skocic lost control.

He should be in TM, but he doesn't need to be the one who handles tactics and selection. He's more a motivator and disciplinarian. He is absolutely valuable to TM (and any club) for the people side of things. I could care less that he doesn't have a AFC or UEFA license.

honestly, if a professional at 25-30 years needs fear of chak from Bagheri to stay motivated and disciplined while wearing TM shirt, they don’t belong in the team. if this is such a rampant problem in TM that they need to hire a bouncer with so many bazigoosh and dalghak, then there is no hope with any coach.
