I think our domestic clowns would have done worse than CQ. They would have made the empty spot and the 4 gk think look like a wise decision in comparison

The only certain think was CQs failure to win amd advance during elimination games. The only clown was Taj and his supporters who brought CQ back. I promise you anyone could have done what he did. After all De Sa stated we played a never before tested or tried tactic and we quickly learned we have to stop the bleeding lol. What a pros this CQ guy is. I'm sure Egypt and Colombia are lining up to sign this guy...oh wait.

I'm with you. Can anyone tell me a guy who has more burnt relationships than CQ. Even JN said he will discuss why he left in 2016 as CQs assistant and refused to help him this time around.

We all see how low we fall when he left and we are witnessing amateur mismanagement from our domestic clown.
We will realize how much we suck when one of our domestic clown will miss wc2026 with sarlak as our main player.
Just have to look how our domestic coach did between 2007 and 2011 (our worst era) and how they do today with shitty dinosaur to make our wc22 look good

team melli has always been mediocre when compared to a global standard. barely qualifying to world cups, getting knocked out of asian cups, can't muster more than 1-2 successful legionnaires a decade. our BeSt PlAyEr EvEr Ali Karimi couldn't last 24 months in Europe.

CQ spoiled y'all. he made it so that the 2nd round was an expectation (vs in the past - where qualifying was an achievement in and of itself). you've forgotten the dark days where if Khalatbari was injured we had no backup. When Gholami was our starting forward. When qualifying to a WC was a miracle. Where we'd lose 3-1 to mexico, barely tie Angola, and the indisciplined players had a complete locker room meltdown/infighting in the middle of a world cup.

CQ isn't perfect but it's only through LUCK and CIRCUMSTANCE that we got 10 years of him. you saw what happened when he left. you see that the majority of players welcomed his return.

it's fine to critique CQ, but to personally attack the guy or deny his achievements w/ TM = a bias that's not worthy of respect.

Remember everyone...people are entitled to their opinions, but not all opinions are created equally or need to be respected.
