GiGi and GoGoosh declined the offer since at u23 camp last year, Majedi, Mahdavikia and Estili tried to steal their eggs for nimroo in the middle of the night.
Gigi whopped all of them during the following hours, and then refused to be at camp if those 3 are involved around the team.

It was a big scandale.

All that you say may be true but we have got to learn that TM is not a lobbying organization. Players should have nothing to do with coach selection. What is next? Vahid Amiri and Torabi send in a letter to pick Mayeli kohan as coach. Sepahan players send in a letter to pick Sepahan's coach and Esteghlal players send in a letter to pick their coach for TM. Of course Taj welcomes such things as he wants to make his money on the side.

Need a fresh IFF and coach and we need players that stick to their job. Tired of Ansarifard/HajiSafi gang getting on his knees for CQ.

If you want to have a long term plan to march towards professional football, at some point, you got to sacrifice some short term results for it.

Another Asian cup, with CQ whose bonus depends on results, will only mean playing older players and similar results as last two Asian Cups and last three World Cups.

the bolded part is a fair point connected to contract but still every coach has it ,and tries to pick the team they believe gets the results. A question if cq stays/next coach, should iff specifie that it expects to rejuvenate the team? Or is so obvious that it is the time for it that its not needed. it shpuld definately be a criteria in long term planning but best players should lay aswell so.. maybe it should be a giudline/promotion award´possibly for the clubs in the league in some way to promote that aswell to be possible?

maybe a share in a prizeool to those who used a x% of players under 23 in the league? or possibly a prizeladder so all teams can be drawn in to it?

I believe that the coach that has TM for AC should lead TM for WC 2026. Almost no matter the results so long as the team plays ok and show long term progress. rather have a 4 year plan set now tha a 2 yaer plan set after acia cup, risking us to go coachless for a long time aswell.. with 4 ears plan its good time to experiment and shape the team with new players.

Whoever gets to coach in asian cup needs to win it to stay until 2026. Only an asian cup trophy can ease the pain after a disastrous WC. If CQ (god forbid) is our coach at the asian cup we should all be prepared for another failure.
