imo 95% chance azmoun doesn’t play vs England except maybe a few minutes. He will also likely come off bench vs wales. I only expect him to start USA match. He is simply not match fit

Thank god we got red card out of the way. Hopefully that makes team more focused. And as others said I rather we lost than win before the World Cup as it puts the boys more focused. Remember we lost to turkey last time

I wouldn't worry about Azmoun not playing. Seems like he's been training with the full team from recent pics. CQ probably didn't want to risk further aggravation in a meaningless friendly just 5 days before WC.

Thank you. What I take from this… Azmoun will not start versus England, Beiro is starting, and Jalali is the second LB.

I am not much optimistic this time around, 2018 Omid Ebrahimi speed and coverage as DM was the key in midfielder.
This time Saeed, AK and Cheshmi are all slow. Nour has Ok speed but i don't see he wil have the same impact as Ebrahimi 4 years a go as he is not your typical DM.
    Hope i am wrong though....
. I think this position will be the '' key'' to decide the results.

The one and only reason I’m not as concerned as I initially was is bc Kateb said this is a good thing

Tunisia gave us a hard time the last time we played them. They are kind of our kryptonite, their are probably one of the strongest African teams (not just one of their best teams but physical-strength wise). They also beat a strong Mali team and destroyed Japan and beat Chile recently as well.

    Niazmand is pretty tall.
Maybe we can sub him in last 15 min and hope he scores from a long ball, corner or something like that...

that is a good way of looking at it.

Not so good that we missed chances and no one scored.

penalty and player sent off happened in min 85.
