Something we don't talk a lot about but is a big problem in this TM is the massive lack of mentally stable leadership.

We used to have Haj Safi, Ansarifard, Ebrahimi, and PAG who were very good at calming up all the bache naneh in TM and being locker room leaders.

Now the captain's armband has gone through 6 different players in the last year: Taremi, Sardar, Eza, Ghoddos, Beiranvand, and ARJ. Besides the last one, none of those people have the mental maturity to actually be a captain, especially Taremi.

In addition to that, the locker room leaders are now people like Shoja and Beiranvand who are not anywhere close to being leaders....

I would personally drop Noorafkan for Haj Safi (he's still better than Milad) and find somewhere to squeeze in PAG if I was the head coach for TM. They still play fine but their impact off the pitch would be much more 🤷
