like i said before, if there is one thing I rate of GN is by enlarge his overall player selection...! he knows kee mali hast kee na..! but he's (hence his teams) are tactically clueless, lack anything resembling organization and certainly unable to manage evolving game situations either..!

he is just like that old school irani captains at your sunday league games who know who to pick to win the game..!! he picks who he deems are overall best footballers available to him but he subs them in and out almost anywhere on the pitch he deems in need of a swap, with seemingly total disregard about if the sub is even positionally apt or experienced enough for that particular position on the pitch or not..!!?

why taremi and his group don’t say a word now??

he may not say it out loud as he fears backlash from GN and his extensive gang in all levels of iranian football (unlike Sko who was a vulnerable, somewhat unpopular foreign newbe coach at that time..!)
but as uncharacteristically laxydaisy and shol-o-vel his recent performances have been in the Vital Fixtures where pressure is clearly on GN to get positive results that would circumvent his inevitable firing, suggest to me that he is in a roundabout way trying to facilitate GN's exit outa TM for quiet a while now imho..!!

lets not fool ourselves .... even though age and injuries has caught up a bit with him .... him and Sardar are still a head n shoulder caliber above any and all other strikers we have at our disposal for TM...young, semi-young or Old..!

do we need a new coach yes ? But we needs someone who is strong and not afraid but also understands the BS issues we have in Iran and TM pretty quickly, and can make professional judgment calls that make the team better …


we needs someone who can get this team to understand, that it is not about individual achievements, it is about massive team work,

There’s literally no time for anyone to fix anything, the Wc is a wrap before it even begins. GN has spent years running the team into the ground. Barely introduced any new players from 2022, has not shown one game of tactics or any sort of progress. He randomly was able to have one victory over Japan with bezan ziresh tactics and rode that through.

The damage cannot be reversed. The team needed an overhaul 4 years ago with a small core kept to teach the youth and needed tl spend that time developing.

I want him gone and hope he leaves because at this stage things can’t get any worse. But him leaving this late is so infuriating and unfair for the new coach. Anyone can take a look at the teams that have scored against us and without even watching the games woudl’ve concluded he’s not fit to be coach. Wtf took us this long to act? He literally spent the entire time sulking and frowning with zero advice and did nothing but waste our time and now fuck over the WC and new coach

Ramin has literally been trash on defense for the majority of his career. Other than the occasional slide tackle he’s always out of position, too far forward, clumsy and gets easily worked up. The one time he was back, he was too far back against Qatar and kept the player onside lol. How he is anywhere TM at this stage is mind blowing

Its because the alternatives are worse somehow...

- Yousefi who is not even a RB (is a LW).
- Hardani doesn't even play for Esteghlal
- Moharrami hasn't played more than like 4 games in 2 years
- Andarz is supposed to be with Leganes but seems like he's chilling in Iran

We have a few passionate standouts like Sadeghi and Barajeh in our league but they're too young for GN to even consider them

and regarding the Bold .... It's so By Design ....!! this is Taj's specialty...!! & that is the biggest reason why mullah's have kept him in charge of the federation for so long despite repeated miserable on pitch failures..! for him to " just manage the fans emotions through the ups n downs of our football (by cheap vasleh fixups..!) w/o a hint of long term planning nor aim for gradual improvements, while most importantly doing so by spending as little $$ on our football as its possible.!

watch him try to ride this GN disaster freight train also for as long as possible ... until jeeghe hamegi dar biad and become much closer to WC where a change to a half qualified coach would likely to yield our football little good as possible .... But most importantly from his perspective $aves his mullah bosses as much expense as possible..!! :/

ps, imo, it's already somewhat too late for a headcoaching switch....! and by the time IFF gets forced to take such a plunge it will defo be too late and a repeat of 2020wc is on order if ..!!
it's seems to me that the path of least damage still lies with keeping with GN but possibly improving his staff and forcing him to leave some tactical and game mgmnt decisions to a more qualified int. caliber manager..!! we can even wait till our group opponents are identified in order to hire the proper supporting staff to help him possibly get past the now watered-down, group stage promotion process.!
