^ very well said. I will try to have a such a challenge. It looks fun.

At the end of day, I come here to enjoy, laugh with my fellow friends and countrymen. If I wanted confrontation, I think I could find elsewhere that may make some money out of it.

    Cheers,

I , too, believe you are right to some extend as well........specialy the older we get,we have less patience......,and your advice is well recieved,if you had already given secound chances .......
I also do not have much patience.........yet in my mind, I try to stay away from absoltue personal polecies......I even some times, take it as challenge , to pay more attention to ' How " things are said , and not just " what " is said.........it is psycology game I play with myself......look and see, how people narrate thier thought.....what kind of compositional techniques they use,to convince others.....if thier narration is " Boldozing " , or " sand bagging ", or " Humble ", or " Logical "....if they have " Dedication to truth ",or if they just enjoy " confrontation ", or if they " say a lot within short stamenets ", or if ' They say nothing in Long stamenets "......
It is intersting to me, to compare " narrations "..

^ Well, you are right to some extend. However, we are talking about about a period of time evaluating people. It's well beyond "second chance".

As I said, gladly there are more options to interact than "trying the failed ones".

Again, that was my strategy, you may have more patience than I have.

    Cheers,

    Cheers,
I agree that the level of maturety is wide open on our forums.......
I also admit to some extend our cultural confrontational/rebeliouse nature......
But, there is something to be said about giving people " The secound chance " !....specialy with respect to the falacy and lack of transparency in cyber relations, and inadquency to find true charactors by some cyber statements....
people never come across as thier true self, nor can they truly explain what they have in mind...in addition to instantniouse responces, less thought of answers....and having to rationalize thier mistake later......
I personaly have asked myself often,if I realy meant what I wrote !,or why was I misunderstood .

    zzgloo Jan,

    Thanks for the detailed explanations.

In my opinion though, as the national team coach, it doesn't matter which round of league you'll monitor.
You have just as many chances of finding good players for Team Melli if you follow round 6 of the league or round 16.

However, with World Cup qualifiers fast approaching, it was crucial for Queiroz to see as many league games as possible.

Thats why I believe he picked the wrong time to take a vacation.

But, my opinions can be totally wrong.
We'll find out on September 2 and 6 when Iran will face Indonesia and Qatar.

I admit, I was out-of-line by laughing at zzgloo's reply.
However, it just doesn't make sense that he tried to justify Queiroz's absence when the league is about to kick-off by saying:
it is too soon to pay careful attention
At least, to me, the above statement doesn't make sense.
I didn't know that first fixtures of the league are LESS IMPORTANT than those more advanced in the season.
But, if zzgloo seems to think that way, then its his right.
    Dooste aziz....
If you never explain why something is too " Mind blowing " for you.....you will never get out of that status......if you close door for explanations....either by others, or even expecting explanations from yourself..your mind will stay " Blown "..........
Let me give you an example ...

regarding " too soon to pay careful attention ".........here are things you said :

    1- Does not make sense.
    2-It is mind blowing.
3-I did not know that first fixture of the league is LESS IMPORTANT than those more advanced in the season......

These three assesment ( although they are not assesments ) are they only things you provided....as falacy of the statement " It is too soon ...".....
am I not right ?.....did you provide anything els to support your view ?

Now, tell me which one of those three are " True " reasonings ?.......what is it that you explained ?....what did you offer , that make my statement to be so funny ?

If you never ask, you would never know......

....Had you asked me to explain more, instead of staying within reasonless self thoughts.....I would have answered you :

A= The teams have not realy been ( Basteh " or :" Set "...and transactions still continue to lesser extend .

B=the Most teams have new coaches...they teams have not been jelled, to provide correct assesment to outside viewers.

C= There are hundreds of new players, firegn and domestic, with new teams, and new systems...again too soon to show themeseleves.

D=It would take few weeks atleast ,for all teams to creat a new chemistry .

F= It would atleast few weeks to assess the opponants they will be playing.

G= It would take atleast few weeks....for coaches to reach the final starters, and final strategy based on the talents at hand.

    Etc,etc....
    .............................

Now, you tell me.........and judge, between our reasonings.....and our approach to different views.......

You need to keep the doors open my firend , in case your mind is blown .

Payam Agha, I think the answer to Bahram explains it all.

Sarcasm is accepted by some and loathed by others. So, you would be in fact insulting some people by your sarcasm. I agree woth you that , Life is a bit boring without sarcasm , and I for one use it quite a bit , but you can't accuse someone of insulting another one while you are doing it yourself or as they say " have one's cake and eat it too."

Let them sort it out ....., like they already have and all will be fine.

If I or babak have faulty reasonings.......we could be either ignored or countered with better reasonings......and " Not Just being rediculed ",as you correctly termed " devilish provocation "..without any explanations.....

    Bahram jan.

I am not judging on who is right and who is wrong. My simple message is: whatever is the problem . if you can even call that a problem , is between you and KaiserAmir. There is no need at all for someone else to barge in and start taking side therefore escalating the issue.
There is far too many of this happening in the board, particularly in the other forums, and that is not pleasant at all.

Both of you are very well capable to sort it out , even if you do not agree. If and I say , IF , you want a mediation , then i am sure that you guys can ask for it.
