^ Good point, we could avoid a lot of shit by more communication!

One possibility for Lapses of TM players is that they did not believe in what they were doing !!
I hope TM players start talking, some times, about the internal feelings of players about how Daei may be as a coach !!
I doubt Daei had much of respect as a coach among TM players............And that could be our answer for the " Lapses ".

    wise words.

and as such, why is it that we start defending if we can all agree on this fact? i mean the last couple of big games, we got 1 point where we were in a position to get 6, b/c we pulled back and were unable to defend a lead.

so why not just keep playing the way we are?? why do we pull back?? if they're going to score anyway (as we've learned they do time and time again), why not have some guts and change for ONE game, just to see what the outcome is?

The problem is our player are used to making too many mistakes. Only way to improve this is to increase the competitiveness of our league and of our youth teams.

and if you see them fail to do so, in each & every game, have guts and get ur priorities straight and you bench them ..... until they understand they cannot have guarantees to start games just becoz they are who they are.

this team belongs to PPL who take care of their duties .. irrespective of their name or where they play

    Thanks....wise solution.

NOW...the trick is for the next coach to have the biggest board he can get his hand on and explain it to his players using chalk & board !!! ..If your favorite / beloved/ moron , Mayeli Kohan can do it , then best of luck to him....

I beg to differ (slightly) ,Martin Jan.....

Those lapses that lead to two quick goals were not in the magnitude of being impossible to fix. However , if you mean that this lack of concentration and failure to focus at crucial moments of the match , as a cultural or habitual issue , then I might agree with you.

I petty those who think a coach ( Ajnabi or Vatani) will yield his magic wand and creates wonder .....but then again , I suppose there is no shame in dreaming .......

My very humble opinion , says that regardless to who the coach is , this Team Melli needs a psychological drive at this stage rather than tactical prowess to be taught in a few weeks ( while playing a lifetime on a certain mind set)...

Let us face it...... There are no huge tactical or technical gaps between our boyz in Team Melli and the rest of the opposition that cannot be internally mended.... Come on , we conceded two simple late goals on VERY ELEMENTARY errors...I need not be a Zagalo , or Capello or Wenger to see how such errors can cost you ..

Fix these damn repeated defensive lapses ....I , hereby declare that I have mentioned these defensive errors umpteen times and even advocated the employment or deployment of a defensive coordinator to fix these lapses ...and I am not even an amateur coach.... Why Daei could not see it , or if he did , why he or his coaching staff did not he deal with it effectively....is beyond me !!!!

    Back to the topic...

IT REALLY DOES NOT MATTER WHO THE COACH IS AT THIS STAGE...

Get that damn Haji in, if they want , and let's get it over with.....From people such as Kafashian , one should not really expect much sense , logic or depth....

But seriously, none of the guys will be willing to work as the other one's assistant, so it won't happen.

Doctor Doom for TM... I would be ok with that all the way....

come on, who else is with me

be khoda after all these names and games, one wonders if they are just too stupid or are they acting based on a very detailed plan that requires so many ppl to set it up and organize it or just confusion and total anarchy.

I believe, our most important game will be against UAE,and the number of goals we score :

Currantly, only 4 points separates the top four teams in our group...and it is very likely, that at the end,two or even three teams, may have identical points.........
