bahram jan, I just questioned the role of "having sex" on a striker's ability to score goals.

certainly the mind of a vegetarian is more open to such things.
NOW, we see when our grandmothers were forcing us to have those peas and vegetables during our childhood ( and we slowly threw them aside when she wasnt looking . or piled them on our little brother or sister's plate quickly ) they actually were doing the right thing and we never realized it !!!
now where were we .... ?

What is next Agha Payman? A lesson about Buddisem, Kama Sutra, vegeterianisem and world peace!!!!
You definitly are a very diverse and well rounded guy.

    !
I haven't been to Iran for 20some years, so I dont' know Bahram Jaan, but from what I hear, they do "it" like rabbits dada. The rich ones get the girls to Turkey and UAE adn lesser rich ones, pick girls in the street and go to their apt and still less rich do it in the car.

Again, this is based on what I heared and never witnessed it first hand, so maybe there is exaggeration in it (like many other Iranian stories).

    Dear ReginG Inferno...........and Dear DD................
Lets look at this a little deeper ............
And yes, DD jaan, I have been in Iran lately and know !!
In Iran, even, those who claim they are doing it a lot....are actualy doing nothing..........
In Iran, those selected few., wait a whole mounth,to have the car ready, the apartement ready, timeing ready, ( some get some booz and drug ready ), to have a silent , secret sex, every once in a moon.............
It takes a lot to do it there...................
as in mexico, for example, 16 year old boys get " BLOWN ",in the bath rooms of the school every day !!.........more over, the understanding of sex,in Iran,is more like, a " quieky "and a " F ", rather than makeing love.
The streets, when you walk in Iran, all you see are men, and " SIBILS ", there is lack female presence................just being able to look at females, during a day, would be a comforting daily experince, that our men are missing, let alone haveing sex, relationship, going to beach etc,can do.
Had " Olady",for example, had multyple love relationships, and been in mixed parties, and grew up in a open society,he would have been much more calmer, and more understanding of others.
It is no secret, that men who associate with opposite sex more often, are calmer, more relaxed, and less adgitated.
the problems of likes of oladi,is psycological imbalance, and not being able to see himself in a " TEAM ".
The culture in Iran, is what they call in the west, an " Exentric " culture !,as every one mostly grows up, prety individualy, and has his own individual truths !!

een digeh az oonha bood-haaaaa, bahram jan.
    LOOL

granted, having clean and constructive sexual relations helps develop a person. but I think our players' problems run waaaayyyy deeper than their sexual under- or mal-development.

when Oladi cant understand the meaning of teamwork and year after year, competition after another, he is criticized and reminded of the need for it ... to no avail, I think it goes to show how his mentality is underdeveloped.

and I am sure he IS having sex. and plenty of it.
    been to Iran lately?

This is almost Freudian, and I disagree.

Maybe you are aware that sigheh permits(under certain obligations) sexual relations between two Muslims.

Also you say that: "European players mostly have collage degree, had had numerouse girlfrinds, speak two to three languages, and had been exposed to media, and high life for so long, and lived in more civilized culture..................."
I don't think having numerous girlfriends, being exposed to media and the high life makes someone civilized.

In fact, I think the culture we have in our nation is the real definition of civilisation, where family is important(this is crucial in the mental development of an individual)...But, this is irrelevant. I believe it has no role in the development of a player.

There are people like Wayne Rooney, who is basically a street thug, and is one of the best players in the world. Many, many soccer players are from desperately poor backgrounds. In fact, I see this as a motivating factor for many players.

Gonna have to disagree with you on that one mate...

    Nokhodi jaan............
What is there to do in Iran, for a youth ?
The Iranian players, the best they can do, is to do drugs !!.........
They do not finish school, as they know there will not be a chance to use it.
    they have no fun.
they have no beach to go to.
they have no freedom to be free with thier girlfirnd ,if they had any.
there is no cultural, inviroment to grow.
Zidan, and stoichkov...............grow up, in far more open, cultured, free, femail friendship, and most importantly, higher class friends...............
The enviroment in Iran, does not encourage personal advancements.

i dont like the idea of seeing olerum playing for TM simply because i dont think he has much to offer on an international scale.

he has been successful in IPL but we all know the huge gap between our league specially our defense lines and international defense lines, even on asian level.

we have had much more successful strikers than olerum in IPL like enayati, khatibi even rajabzadeh but when they play in asia, they really cant contribute much to the team.

i think olerum will also have a similar fate.. so its better for us not to use him for TM, and atleast for the time being, keep the image of playing only iranian players with iranian bloods in them only...
if a better opportunity (for example if someone like yasser ghahtani was half iranian or even not iranian buthad similar situations as olerum) comes knocking on the door, then we can give it a thought...

As Nokhoodi pointed out most soccer players even in Europe aren't educated and stuff. But the key issue is the system. In Europe there are clubs and in order to come up to the first team, they have to go through the system. Now if you are a bone head and not a team player and stuff like that they don't make it (unless they have are an extra ordinary player). Even those extra ordinaries who aren't team players they can't fully fullfil their potentials. Remember Stoichkov the Bulgarian forward. So it is not just Oolaid or Akbarpoor.
