Loading...Tasnim – AHVAZ, Zob Ahan football team was held to a 1-1 draw by Foolad in Persian Gulf Professional League (PGPL) on Thursday.
The Isfahan based team could move three points clear of Esteghlal at the second place but earned just one point at the Ghadir Stadium in Ahvaz.
Rahim Zahivi was on target for Foolad in the 31st minute but Mohammadreza Hosseini cancelled out his goal before the interval.
Zob Ahan sits at second place, one point above Esteghlal.
Foolad also remains in sixth place with 43 points.
Persepolis has already sealed the PGPL title.
