One thing that lacks in our athletes, and this applies to all sports is the lack of mental preparation. We just don't have it and it is the number one reason for majority of our failures in sports altogether.

People say we need to stop politics, but it’s the IOC who is using politics as a tool to undermine Iranian athletes who have worked hard to reach the olympics. Mental preparation is important but more than that has been over preparation that we lack. I have lived among Chinese and Japanese, they practice similar to dogs for four years, no family, no friends, proper diet are secrets to successes.Originally posted by shahin2000 View Post
