Oops. I accidentally thanked you lol, Tapatalk is annoying sometimes.Originally posted by Asoen1 View PostWhen he go to Japan you see that Iran doesn't bother him, he dont give a fuck ..
Anyway, bro, the problem is that Japan has a law which makes it very hard for Aria to join Team Melli. They won't allow dual citzienship under any circumstances. For the sake of his career, he has no other option than to choose for Japan. That doesn't mean he prefers Japan, it's a logical choice when you can't play for Iran. I think we should wait until he gets capped or comes out and literally says he wants to play for Japan.

I'm not interested in this kid. About a year back, he said if he had a chance between Japan or Iran, he feels more Japanese and that he'd love to join Japan's team over Iran. But I have a feeling if he doesn't get capped by Japan, then and only then, would he want to try Iran. I don't like these kind of players. We've had similar diaspora residing idiots from Sweden who had this kind of similar attitude, first Sweden, if rejected, then Team Melli.

Understandable if it is strictly just citizenship issue. But yeah I have a bad feeling he'll be 4-5 capped then never called up by Japan, whose midfield is packed and talented.Originally posted by persian-eagle-13 View Postwell, he had the chance to play for TM but was not willing to give up his Japanese citizenship. he will probably get several caps and then he will never ever be called up for the Japaneses team. if he was to play for iran he would get called up at least 40-50 times
Omid Nazari chose Iran over Sweden, Philippines. While he's been struggling to get in the starting 11, he's already had 5 caps, and I'm sure with hard work, he'll get more chances in the future.

It's tough for next-generation kids in the diaspora to support Iran completely. If an offer comes from the nation they reside in, of course they'd take it. Politics come into play here.Originally posted by IranFooty1 View PostI'm not interested in this kid. In my eyes i does depend on theire parents. Tarbiat harfe avalo mizaneh. There are iranian people in austria who doesnt teach their children farsi and nothing about the history of iran. So what can u expect from these kids? They dont know anything about iran and its culture.Originally posted by Team Melli Fan View PostIt's tough for next-generation kids in the diaspora to support Iran completely. i liked nazari,i taught he has potential. i am sure he will get invited again to tm. with hasagawa falling out and jabbari retiring from tm it is very possible that he even gets an invite for the world cup.Originally posted by IranFooty1 View PostUnderstandable if it is strictly just citizenship issue. 1. Doesn't matter how many friendlies he plays for Japan, he can still play for Iran as long as he only plays for Japan in friendly games.
2.I don't like Iranians who choose other TM over Iran TM, but this kid is half Japanese, he is as much Japanese as Iranian, and he grew up in Japan, so we can't be mad at him or surprised for choosing Japan national team and not Iran.

I think a senior friendly counts as an international cap now, making it ineligible to switch nationalities. Check out Bayern Munich's Julian Green who requested to FIFA to switch from Germany to the US; he was capped in a friendly a few days ago against Mexico.Originally posted by Camran khan View Post1.
