Bottom line is NO NONE IRANIAN should EVER play for TM! We are not Germany, Brazil, Holland or any other country. We are Iranians and only Iranian players should play for our national team! Just becuase someone throws themselves over the cliff, should we do it too?!! Internation games have honestly not as exciting as they used to be 15-20 years ago simply because teams are now bringing naturalized players. Its one thing if a player is born in one country and decides to play, or another just to give them citizenship and invite them to national team.

rahmani is a very good player with a high level of intellect. Hasegava is a good player no doubt, but rahmani is sheer quality. Rahmani is also 22

as true as that is i must disagree with you. you are right, rahmani is a hell of a player but aria is taller, more physical, and has a hell of a shot! also he is speedy! thats what we need against all 3 teams in the wc.

Do you know him personally that you speak for him? You don't even know the guy, yet you say his heart isn't with Team Melli. I have heard this before:

Ashkan Dejagah his heart is not with Iran because he was raised in Germany therefore he should not play for TM,
Daniel Davari his hart is not with Iran because he was raised in Germany therefore he should not play for TM.

Hasegawa's father is Iranian, that makes him half Iranian whether you like it or not. That means he is eligible to play for Iran. Case closed.

About Edinho. We got plenty better players then him, but because of the stupid and ignorant comments here I would still like him to be invited to TM and see you guys react with that nationalistic nonsense. Get over it, even the best teams in the world like Holland, Brazil, Germany have a few foreigners in their team. It's not like we are Qatar, they import their players from Africa, pay them, change their name to Arab ones and offer him citzienship.

At the end everybody has got his own opinion. Thank God nobody of us is TM coach. CQ will know wht he is doing.

If it was not for the stupid laws in Japan, Aria would have joined TM already. He has an Iranian dad, a Persian tattoo on his body and he said that he wants to play for Iran. He is a starter in a strong league, has experience since he is 26 and is speedy. I'd take Hasegawa over Rahmani any day..

I really hope Aria gets called up alongside that black dude Edinho just to piss some racist members off on this board.

TM is not just a team u can play for if u want and if ur in the mood. Ur HEART has to go with it. In my eyes his doesnt.
Also Edinho shoulnt play for IRAN. He isnt born in Iran, he cant speek farsi, azari or other dialects. Why should be invited?
