It would be good if Iran wins a medal in any area.

As Iran is very few represented in it, the answer is no!

Iran should send a small contingent to train in Russia for the last 6 months before the games.
We should invest in a few fields and really strive to win a couple of medals in 2014.

probably 2 or 3 alpine skiers and 1 or 2 in cross-country plus maybe an American born athlete (Darius Baradaran if he qualifies) in freestyle skiing, all of them will finish bottom of the table though

That does not sound promising. For the least Iran should have participants in biathlon and curling.

But I think USA cuz they definitely have the edge in goal tending and they are strong on offense and defense. yes we have more skilled players but if Quick stands on his head like how he does in the playoffs USA will be hard to beat.. Who is our Goalie.. Loungo? Price? LOL Leafs light Price up every time they play and Loungo is the master of Choking
