Obviously, Madrid have themselves to blame for playing so defensive at home...where they should have had played with at least one forward (Higuain, Benzema or Adebayor) and playing Kaka instead of one of the defensive midfielders (Lass, Pepe, or Alonso).

In regards, to the refereeing, it is human nature to always place a scapegoat for their mistakes and errors, and this is what Real Madrid are doing. They are placing all blame on the ref. Yes, the ref has an important part in the game but the ref doesn't make teams win or lose, the teams themselves do. Maybe if Di Maria scored the rebound of CR's shot, everything would have been different. Could Real not have conceded a goal if they were 11 vs 11? Maybe, but they never were gonna score with those tactics. But you can't put all the blame on the ref.

However, a fact regarding these past 3 El Clasicos must be stated:

Real Madrid recieved a red card in all 3 of these games, League, Copa and CL. Make whatever you want of it, but this is a fact!

I Didnt say barca didnt dive, i think alves and busquets did but not the rest. Take into account how often villa, messi and xavi would get hit but continue playing...real played very rough all 3 games


the reason i said mourinho is cuz thats the type of game he forces on other teams. If he played a more open game, it would be nicer but when u press and play tough it forces the other team to play ugly too. overall, with all the super stars mourinho has he needs to play a much better football. He did the same in italy.

It could have gone either way, just like the Copa final, but Barca took risks and Madrid did not - They were aiming for a 0-0 draw, and got punished.

Dude untill the red card the game could have egone either way. The red card which should have been a yellow was to our most important player holding barcas midfield.
our tactic as said by mou himself was to tire barca out and bring on 2 attackers at the end to try and score a goal while barca was tired of attacking.
its sad to see that diving has become so much part of our game that people have accepted it.

I have asked all my Real Madrid friends if they were happy with the way there team played - All said No, and all agreed that Madrid took a too conservative approach to this game, at a CL semi-final in there own backyard.

However, i admit, every person is entitled to there own opinion, and I respect yours.

We did not lose because our lack of tactic. we had a tactic which was to tire barcas attack then send in 2 attackers at the end to press.

Playing Ultra-Defensive whilst at home and not even trying to press the opponent allowing them 80% of possession is indeed a shame when you look at the quality players Madrid have at there disposal.
I really care for spanish football, It's my familly right after Iran.
I was indeed very sad when after the match EPL fans came and stated how they felt La Liga is crap and that spanish football is boring.
Too bad that with Mourinho nothing will change.

Bingo. no striker at home, no Benzema or Higuain both coming in great form, but he decided not to use them and instead keep the clean sheet which at the end he failed to do.

Barcelona came to win, Real Madrid came to draw.
Busquets and Alves started diving and acting - Whilst the Real Madrid players tried to break the opponents leg.
