Can Liverpool make it into the "top 4" of the English Premier League?

After their loss to Reading, I believe they don't have the quality to win anything this season. They've been knocked out of every cup competition, and are hoping to do well in the Prem. Now that Torres is injured for 6 weeks, it should put all the believers to sleep. What do you think?

Next week this time ,I will vote for various reasons:
1) to see if we sign anyone else in the transfer window
2) we face Tottenham @ Anfield on wednesday, it's like a CL final. We win and we've got a case, we lose and we may as well wank after the loss.

I think this is a difficult call to be honest, but if there was a year where the top four would change, it would have to be this year considering Liverpools poor form.
4th spot would be between Aston Villa and Manchester City..

spurs are a good team but they do horrible vs Big Teams like liverpool, aston, city, and the other obvious teams.

Despite how poor liverpool have been, they would be favourites to get fourth spot.. The other sides don't have same consitency for long period of games to win and get good results..
