The least you could start off with would be an Al Jefferson and Mo Williams package, as an example. Kendrick Perkins has almost zero trade value in our league. I can name 3-4 guys off the top of my head that are currently free agents that have equal or more trade value than him.

This is fairly accurate, although not perfect. It's updated on a game by game basis, and you can adjust the settings to match your league based on categories.

According to those rankings, Murphy is ranked 110 this year, Perkins 126, and Dwight is 17. Obviously those change, and Murphy is a legit top 75 guy when healthy, but you get the point.

As far as the guy's on FA, let's put it this way: I'm dying to make a 2 for 1 trade right now so I can pick up a few guys I really like that should not be FA's. I won't name names though.
