When the opposition puts 11 men behind the ball, its hard to be even 0 dimensional
specially when the team you're playing is the likes of Chelsea, man u with great players and defenders.
Last year, Against ManU , Barca dominated but could only find 1-2 very good chances which they didnt score.
in England it was a open game and I really didnt expect Barca to play that well. Barca was in horrible form that time, 3rd in the league losing to madrid 4-1, and man u was the champions in england, i thought we played a good game and had just as much chances as man u.
But the difference was that wonder goal from scholes

Barca dominated possession and mostly in the middle of the park. But in terms of goal chances it was Chelsea that dominated. That's the thing with Barca. They keep the ball really well in the middle and when teams like Liverpool, Chelsea and United flood their own half Barca look bereft of ideas.

And not that it's simply a simple tactic like that because the players in those teams that pull it off are in the highest caliber and require the greatest amount of organisation to stop Barca. But again, look at the match, you guys had only 3 real chances in the 180 minutes of football.

Anyway, a while back I said I hoped Madrid shape-up and get some good players, management ... they are too easy to beat! ... so plz wish us the best, Madrid Fans, we're representing La Liga and the side that whipped your arses 6-2. You can at least go around and say the champions of Europe beat us 6-2 ... it would increase your reputation points

I know. English teams are smart with great coaches who know to win. After Liverpool, it was manchester utd and today nearly it could have been chelsea again who beat barca with a very defensive style.
its barca that need to find a way to break this english defenses, i mean for barca to have only 1 shot on target during the whole 90 minutes is ridcioulous for our standards.

They were anything but entertaining. Hiddink had Barca figured out perfectly. Messi was dead quiet for not just one, but two different games. And to shut down the best player in the world like that, is very commendable.
