One interesting thing was that it seems pelligrini is using ronaldo's attributes and using counter attacks with his speed, which seems to work very well.
Ronaldo's goal was great but villarrial's defenders were sleep lol.
that wasnt a penalty imo.

cristiano the lucky again scored a gay goal. i cant believe diego lopez of all keepers let that one roll in. but at least cristiano now is playing ok performance wise. he had a good free kick. since he always wants to score the perfect free kick by shooting it hard and making it dip, most of the time it pathetically goes way too high but when it "sticks" it is nice.

I agree with you I could Do the same thing with Cristiano all the time , But this is was the only one that I came to my mind and I saw it during the game And I never said Raul does it always its just a matter of fact that I hate players that hugs the ball to much or does stupid mistakes Which are to clear like this one ~! With my respect to raul a player who have done so much and With this much off experience I shouldn't see such mistakes like that !

I agree with you. I was screaming why he didn't pass, because basically that was the standard decision + it was clearly onside + it would have been 1 on 1 for Ronaldo with the keeper. Even though Kaka cleaned up the goal after starting the whole move himself, I think we need more players like Granero in Rauls position who can create a better flow.

you can say that it was Rauls instinct to score... but as much as I like him as a player and leader on the team for so many years, I think he really does slow our attacks down, he did stuff like this when Robinho was creating attacks, and that's why RVN was put in instead of Raul most of the time.

Both amazing players, I agree Ronaldo is more complete, better at heading and freekicks which messi is horrible at.
both are a joy to watch.
did you see Ronaldo's run against tenerife in the second half, if he scored that it would have been a great goal.

are you joking? cristiano is not half as good as messi. messi wins most of barcelonas games by himself with his amazing goals and assists where as cristiano gets the ball and tries to be fancy and loses the ball mostly, scores a lucky goal or penalty usually. messi is on a different level. and messi has scored many headers recently, what have you been watching lol. the only thing cristiano is better at is free kicks and even that he scores 1 per 10 he takes. even robinho did more for us than cristiano. take cristiano out of madrid and we might even play better or at least there wont be no difference, but take messi out of barcelona and they will struggle. thats how you see messi is the best player in the world... when a team stacked with superstars and years of training with the same players and an amazing coach has difficulty as soon as messi doesnt play.

there isnt much separating them as world's best player. ronaldo had the same influence in man utd as messi does in barca. if they dont play the team will struggle.

good thing is messi is improving his weaknesses like heading and shooting with right foot. but he is far away from being as good as ronaldo in freekicks. actually he's pretty bad in freekicks.
