Didn't watch the game but glad we're through. Even more glad we will be facing our favored opponent in the final (At. Biblao) after they defeated Sevilla 3-0 at home. So pretty much Del Rey is ours. With a bit of concentration we will bounce back after the 2 defeats and win the league too.
by the time UCL quarter-finals is around we will be the same old Barca and thats when we complete our treble 08/09

btw I fully support the idea of Pinto replacing Valdez at this point of time, Valdez seems to be at his worst form.

This game should have been 15-0 and I'm not even exaggerating. If you watched this game you would know what I'm talking about. Eto'o could have had 3 hatricks, no joke. Iniesta hit the post, Eto'o hit it twice, Henry missed a hatrick. Athletic haven't had a sniff of the ball.

We're officially out of the slump. We are recovering from the bad run of form. It's like a fever, it's gone and now we're getting back to full health.

Yeah and Kuntelaar's goal was offside. Atletico scuffed so many chances, they're definitely the losers tonight for not coming away with 3 points.

huntelaar was offside by a couple of inches but here is why you can cry 31 rivers about it:

- it was only a couple of inches
- he came BACK onto an onside position before he touched the ball; only retardation can explain why this still officially counts as an offside in the 21st century

btw puyol might be out for 3 weeks is it possible to bring henrique back from his loan? or is it too late? we could need a extra defender now that puyol and abidal are injured. sylvinho isn't good enough to start regularly

one funny about this match was in 1st half we created like 3-4 chances and we scored 2!
but in 2nd half we didn't score despite creating more than a dozen of above 90% chances.

Henry and Etoo need to concentrate on their finishing, hitting the post and shooting wide aren't any good, we need to put these chances at the back of the net once the games get tighter at UCL!!
