Milad-69, I agree with almost everything you have to say concerning barca and tactics. i think the presence of a defensive midfielder is key for barcelona. xavi and iniesta neither of them is meant to fill in for that role. guardiola preached being able to adjust tactically which is something rikaard failed to do so I am very curious to see what he tries. i think things will get even trickier if barca add silva to the lineup as they have recently said they intend to do.

If they do add Silva , that will be great , but it might leave a player completely out of Pep's plans which will thus result in conflicts in the dressing room.

Possession was ours for most the game i believe it was like 70 to 30 %
Santander had a plan from the start and that was to get a draw.

about 6 times, the refree reached into his pocket due to time wasting.
we played decently but we clearly cannot finish which is worrying.

see we had 70% possession in first half against numancia. but the difference is that we scored 4 goals in that time frame.
