Yes it as PAG vs Japan and not him, my bad.
I don't think he was good vs USA. He was at fault on usa goal, also he wasn't the only one.
Against England he was disaster.
Overall we failed to produce any top class CD even at Asian level football.
Both Kanani and PAG had potential but both went for money.

majid was an absolute disaster in England game, along with most others..!
wasnt challenged (especially physically) much and played ok enough in wales game
you can tell he was up for the occasion and gave it his best effort vs US and by en-large did well in his primary defensive and tracking back assignments.... his completely outa form/shape CB partner (whatta fking surpise ...ha ..?
) didnt help him much looking any better than that..!
Overall to me he is still too physically weak and not nearly combative/tough enough of a tackler for the Starting CB role ... !
he is more of your finesse, vision and touch type of CB... is still inconsistent and can get erratic from time to time .... so not yet a proven Starting CB material .... but considering our slim pickings of still young choices on that front ....?? Could well be be just that 1 of the two regular Starter TM CBs and allowed to work through his kinks..??
Kannani is a much more refind and complete version of him ... be it older and closer to getting played out..!! he is much more physically imposing, tough tackling, better positioning and composed version of young hossaini..!!
imo, we woulda fared much,much better at WC keeping intact the Duo CBs that carried us by enlarge soundly and comfortably through the WCQ..!!
But off course the goozoo CQ had to play his favorites and instead offer bulk of WC minutes instead to those who played a biggest roles in the backgrounds backing his return to the TM helm again..!!

no way.... the biggest fault on conceding that goal certainly belongs to Milmo imo...! falling asleep on his LB Defensive Marking role, thus allowing Dest to waltz into our box and head that ball into path of on rushing Pulisic to stuff into our goal..!!Originally posted by O-ZoNe View Post

Ramin was clearly fatigued from earlier games and in need of rest in that match ...he started out ok but faded quickly ... MilMo was as Everyfking one expected was shittt and a Disaster throughout till getting himself injured on a pathetic effort and subbed off..!!
again the main fault lies with Carlos playing pity favorites ... going with the same mostly fatigued line-ups from prior matches ... keeping much more solid defensive options nailed to bench instead..!!

Both played 120 minutes in their 2-0 victory over Antalyaspor today! Kayserispor advanced to quarter finals in the Turkish Cup. I watched most of the second half. I can say both played well. Majid had a bad mistake. Fortunately, the keeper saved it. I think his mistake was partly due to the bad pitch.Comment
