        Purely tactical change
they finally got the go ahead Pk goal & shortly after Marcano/CD got caught out & got a red carded for fouling to prevent a 1v1
Taremi is certainly the superior hard working presser & Defensively skilled striker, so TMart had to be yanked out to make room for another defender..!

        Ps
i sorta feel bad for TMart too, he is a pretty decent striker who isn’t afforded nearly sufficient game minutes to get himself rolling on the scoring front consistently..!
but like sardar his off the ball workrate & pressing skills leaves more to be desired, especially for SC’s preferred tactics ..!

Manchester United sent official on Sunday transfer mission – Work going in ahead of summer

            1st May 2023
Always making sure they know all the big talents in Portugal, Manchester United sent an official for more transfer planning at the weekend.

That’s today reported by newspaper O Jogo, who say the Red Devils had an emissary at the match between Porto and Boavista.

The outlet writes that Manchester United are already an ‘habitual presence’ at the Estádio do Dragão, and were there once again to see the home side win 1-0.

There’s just no information on who the Red Devils were specifically watching, although a few players stood out and may have drawn attention.

Manchester United have many times been linked to Porto goalkeeper Diogo Costa this season, and it turns out he put in a good exhibition on Sunday. He was praised by O Jogo for being ‘decisive’ at the end of the game, with newspaper Record also highlighting a ‘tremendous’ save that guaranteed the Dragons’ win.

If the Red Devils are actually going for an alternative for David De Gea this summer, Costa is starting to sound like an obvious answer, especially because he’s been scouted so many times this season.

Now in case Manchester United were looking for other talents at Porto, fullback Pepê and striker Mehdi Taremi both impressed as well

if they were to go for a sweep capture of Mehdi, costa, octavio and SC then they may have a chance at a domestic trophy yet..??

Anyone see the last two goals? Taremi assisted Evanilson for the last one.
They showed a Famalicao player at the end nearly in tears. Dramatic ending.

This fucking Galeno is worse than Diaz. He's such a khore. For next season, Porto is in big need of a real good playmaker if they want to compete in European level. Right now, Otavio is the one and he's very inconsistent.

For those who went to Porto stadium? How did you buy tickets?
Is it possible to buy via their website? After selecting the tickets and entering names etc.. It says briefly that an error occured but enable you to enter the information to pay. When entering your credit card info and clicking on purchase, nothing happen...

^ They play Braga in the final, so it will be a hotly contested affair.
