In retrospect, the almighty football gods did smile at TM. Imagine them traveling all the way to Canada, having spent the money, time, and all other expenses, just to have the game cancelled because the players would go on strike!! CSA would not make the revenue, probably would not pay TM for its expenses. TM would have been left with all the negatives (jetlag, tiredness, expenses, etc) but not even get to play.
